Looking for horse rider/ instructor/ trainer/grooms for China

Company information
Qian Lu International is a company based in the Netherlands, experienced with organizing business trips for Chinese coming to Europe for training and business activities. We also introduce European riders/horse trainers/ grooms to go to China for tourism, business development, attending equestrian events etc.  
We build connections and introduce opportunities between Europe and China.  
We have introduced many European riders to China before, now we are working with multiple stables in China to provide jobs, starting short term, with options in the future for long term equine jobs (1 or 2 years) with a working contract (working visa) when capability is proven. 
Due to Covid we haven’t been able to offer this service for three years unfortunately. We are happy we can re-open this service again. So if you’ve been to China before already and are willing to go again, please contact us.  

What are you going to do? 
At this moment we are mainly looking for people who would like to spend their summer in China, sharing their European equestrian horse knowledge in China.  
You are going to work at a stable in China. It depends on the specific job positions, you will ride horses, train horses, give lessons to club members, give advice for stable management etc.  

What do we expect from you? 
You are available from mid July till mid August. If you are not available the full period but are interested don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss the options.  
You are independent. 
You have experience of working or living in another country and can adjust to a different culture.  
You have knowledge and experience with international people.  
You can adjust to the needs of individual riders and you are flexible.  
You are good with children, children training experience is a plus. 
You are professional, enthusiastic who is challenging to provide a high quality of service. 
Good English communication skills. 
Having an HBO equestrian related degree or university degree is a plus. 
An instructor's diploma, minimum ORUN 1st Phase or similar education is a plus. 

What can we offer you? 
Plane tickets and visa to China, living accommodation all covered. A fair compensation. Nice experience in China.  
In the future possible long term business relationship with one or multiple stables. Salary with bonus, 1 or 2 years working contract with working visa.
