A mule is an offspring of a female horse and a male donkey (not to be confused with a hinny, which is a cross between a female donkey and a male horse). Mules are unable to reproduce in the majority of cases. Due to their patience, endurance and perseverance, they are frequently used as pack horses. ... More about the horse breed Mule

Pearlsnap is a truly stunning APPALOOSA Molly mule!!! At 6 years old and 14.1 hands, this lovely lady has caught everyone’s attention everywhere I have ever taken her. Now don’t let her fool you she’s not only a pretty face, but she also has the handle of a horse and wants to please!!!
Pearl and I have spent winters in the north battling the frigid temperatures and deep snow to long hot summer days in the south pushing calves at the ropings. She has been ridden through various kinds of terrain from the woods of Minnesota and Iowa to the bogs and swamps of south Texas. No matter how hot or cold it is, Pearlsnap saddles right up and goes and does the jobs asked of her with no hesitation!
This wonderful mule and I have roped the dummy, drug sleds and even played fetch with the dogs. Pearlsnap goes wherever you tell her through traffic in town or into the lake to cool off!!!
Whether it’s ponying wild donkeys or simply wandering through the woods Pearl handles it all the same. She has a ground covering walk that will keep up with the pack or go off by yourself. Pearlsnap is easy to catch, bathe, saddle, or trim.
